Soccer has been a major part of Will’s high school experience and one of the places where his leadership has developed most clearly. A four-year, three-sport athlete, he plays primarily as a center midfielder and is comfortable contributing on both sides of the ball. He has earned All-Conference recognition along with MVP, Best Offensive Player, and Best Defensive Player honors, reflecting the range of his game. Will has played for multiple club programs, served as a team captain, and helped lead his Wisconsin team to back-to-back state tournament championships. From the center of the field, he is at his best when he can read the game, connect teammates, create chances, recover defensively, and communicate constantly. He approaches the position with a team-first mentality and takes pride in helping the players around him play better.
